Who operates this site

This site is published by a licensed Kansas real estate agent under the supervision of Growth Ring Realty, the supervising broker named in the footer of every page. "We" and "us" below mean that agent and that brokerage.

Using this site does not make us your agent

Reading these pages, saving a search, or sending us a message does not by itself create a brokerage relationship or make us your representative. A brokerage relationship in Kansas begins with a written agreement, and until one is signed we owe you the duties the law owes a customer rather than a client. If you want representation, ask us and we will explain what it involves and what it costs before you agree to anything.

What the information here is

Property pages, area guides and market information are published to help you understand a property or a place. They are prepared from public records, from the seller, and from our own inspection, and they can be wrong or out of date — prices change, properties come off the market, and county records lag.
